Combined Machining
In addition to the investment of automatic production line, CSELITE also
actively introduces combined machining technology for the processing of
some parts, which can shorten the production process of product
manufacturing, reduce the efficiency waste caused by repeated transportation and clamping, and improve the stability of product quality.
About automation design
Different from the direct purchase of automation production lines in other factories, the automation production line of CSELITE is designed and manufactured by the automation design team of the factory. We purchase joint robots to design and manufacture special fixtures and assembly lines. This enables the production line to be arranged according to the existing layout of the factory, reducing the time from manufacturing to installation and debugging.
