System disc hub

               Low temperatures and snowfall in winter and high temperature and       
            humidity in summer are serious challenges to sealing systems. Low
            temperature will make the rubber of the seal rapidly aging and lose
            its elasticity, and high temperature and humidity will make the seal
            in dust and mud for a long time, which will make the seal easier to
            fail, so the stability of the seal system is very important to the
            bearing life. The CSELITE tillage system hub adopts a composite
            triple sealing. Based on the original seal, the box seal of the double
            row angular contact bearing makes the sealing system resistant to the
            worst natural environment.

       
      Multiple choices         

        Thanks to the different outer ring shapes, the CSELITE tillage system 
       hub can be connected to almost any disc, from flat cymbals to tapered
       cymbals, from notched discs to turbo disc coulters. The different
       locking modes of the connecting shaft make it suitable for most models,
       such as internal thread, external thread, double thread hole connection.

            In order to ensure that the outer surface of the hub can withstand the
          erosion of fertilizer and rain during long-term field work, the external
          surface treatment is very important. Shot blasting strengthens the quality
          of the outer surface. The hub is protected by the coating and withstands
          the harsh natural environment.
