Fertilizer hub unit 


             In modern mechanized agricultural production, fertilization and
           seeding are usually completed once to save fuel and reduce soil
           compaction. When the large-scale pneumatic seed drill works, it
           will be equipped with a fertilization system in the front row. The
           hub bearing will drive the rake blade to cut the soil and spread the
           fertilizer. In the environment full of soil dust and chemical fertilizer,
           in addition to common dust, corrosive chemical fertilizer will cause
           irreversible damage to rubber, so the bearing pedestal needs an
           extremely reliable sealing system to ensure long-term stable
           operation.

 



 

                       The most direct way to judge the reliability of the sealing system is to carry out field cultivation, so that thesealing system can
                      bear the test of the environment, but it needs a long experimental period, usually about two years, which will cost a lot of cost
                      and manpower. In CSELITE, all these problems will be solved. Thanks to the perfect sealing selection system and laboratory
                      test, we can choose the most suitable sealing method in the initial design stage, and test it quickly in the sample stage. If the
                                 sealing system of the product can pass the bad mud and dust test, it will be able to operate stably in the field.




              

     

   Compact but effective

     CSELITE fertilizing hub unit is a bearing component specially
    developed for fertilizing. In a limited space, optimize the
    structure to improve the performance of the product. The double
    row angular contact bearing optimized for agricultural machinery
    has a larger contact angle and can withstand the off load moment
    caused by the undulating ground.

 
 

      
        
Sealing system

        A labyrinth groove with a small gap is designed on the side of         
           the rack that is easily affected by the impact of sand and gravel,
           which can effectively prevent the entry of sand and gravel. The
           self-adjusting oil seal on the inner side maintains a reasonable
           sealing interference during the rotation process, so as to ensure
           the reliability under long-term operation. In order to prevent
           possible chemical fertilizer corrosion, a self tightening
           mechanical seal cover is installed on the end face of the bearing,
           which is in rigid contact with friction to prevent corrosive liquid
           from entering. Whether it is solid or liquid chemical fertilizer,
           the seal system can be effectively isolated.






              


   Avoid angle error

    When applying fertilizer, the rake piece needs to have a certain
    angle with the soil to ensure that the fertilizer can be smoothly
    buried into the designated depth. In the traditional assembly process, 
    the connecting shaft and the frame need to be welded to generate the
    angle, which may lead to the deviation of the angle after welding,
    thus affecting the accuracy of fertilization. CSELITE innovatively
    adopts integrated turning to accurately process the angle. During
    assembly, the platform and thread at the shaft end are fixed with the
    frame, resulting in higher angle consistency.




                                 

        
           
Anti corrosion treatment

          In the field operation, the fertilizing assembly is easy to be                
         impacted by stones, and the long-term contact with fertilizer will
         further corrode the surface and accelerate the wear. The coating
         used by CSELITE has higher hardness, which means higher wear
         resistance, so as to better protect the safety of the sealing system.

 

 

              


   Various installation methods

    We provide several ways for quick connection between fertilizer hub  
    unit and rack. Through the shaft end plane and the frame positioning,
    the 
connecting shaft can be connected by external thread and internal
    thread, which can be quickly assembled and disassembled, which is
    convenient for later maintenance.
