CSELITE has improved inspection system, from raw materials to finished products, to meet the required measurement needs. Including Chemical Composition Analysis, Mechanical Performance Analysis, Microstructures Rating, Profile Dimension Inspection, Nondestructive Flaw Detection and Customized Mounting Test.
Starting from raw materials and spare parts into the factory, that will be rigorous tested, including the chemical composition of the steel, the hardness and dimension of the parts, the mechanical performance of the material, the hardness of the rubber seals and the moisture content of the grease.

In production, we monitor machining dimensions during the entire process, real-time tracking of test data, including the result of nondestructive flaw detection on the blanks, the thickness of the plating and paint, the hardness after heat treatment, the metallurgical structure and the dimensional accuracy, profile tolerance, roughness during the precision machining.
