New project REACH regulation

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) is a Chemicals Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of EU
regulations (EC) No 1907/2006.This legislation in the European Union entered into force on June 1 2007, and began to implement on 2008,
which apply to all annual exports to the EU amount within more than one ton of chemicals, configure products and articles containing chemicals.

  About REACH
The main purpose of REACH is to promote health and the environment,
increase our knowledge about chemicals, enhance safety, promote
alternative test methods, and by encouraging alternative high-risk
substances with safer substances stimulate innovation. When REACH
regulations imposed on trade and industry in the chemicals manufacturer,
enforce a comprehensive obligation for formulators and users, and also
provide strong evidence and documents, which are designed to have the
adverse effects of chemicals, but at the time improve human safety and
  the environment.

REACH regulations are mainly to more than 30,000 kinds
of chemicals and their downstream textile, light industry,
pharmaceuticals and other products of the registration,
evaluation, authorization and restrictions management. It
will replace more than 40 existing EU directives and
regulations on chemicals, involving widely. REACH
requirements over a period of 11 years to now use about
30,000 kinds of chemicals to be registered, the process
will be filled with hazardous substances to determine the
appropriate risk management measures and to ensure the
information gap between the safe uses of these substances.
According to the company whether exports chemicals,
  preparations or articles containing chemical substances;
the obligation that fulfills their  REACH compliance are
  very different.

SVHC criteria

Under REACH legislation, each product manufacturers, exporters and suppliers take responsibility for their products. In order to ensure the
requirements of REACH through the use of these substances in a high level of protection,
the presence of substances in the product needs
to be transparency and communication in the supply chain, which is identified as a prerequisite and appropriate risk management.
According to REACH regulation, there are some substances may have very serious and irreversible effects on humans and the environment,
this substance has been identified as SVHC Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) is also listed in the candidate list in REACH .SVHC
is highly concerned about the substance, the European Chemicals Agency ECHA updated from time to determine the list of candidates for
SVHC. SVHC list updated 2-3 times per year, to finalize the list of candidates will almost 400-500 substances. Due to the complexity of the
supply chain and manufacturing processes, SVHC could be overlooked introduced to a variety of consumer products. EU companies in
order to ensure their sustainable competitive advantage, require suppliers to prove their products in the presence of SVHC.

June 20, 2016, the EU REACH authorities European Chemicals Bureau ECHA official issued a notice, 1 new substance to the list of SVHC
substances, SVHC therefore increased to 169 substances.

Following is the information for new material:

CSELITE as a gardening tools and agricultural machinery parts suppliers for Europe, we actively cooperate with customers for REACH to
detect new projects, mainly plastic parts and metal spray layer, the test results are in line with SVHC testing eligibility requirements.
